- Learn to say no
- Do “first things first”
- Get up early, go to bed early
- Drink more water
- Enjoy a big healthy breakfast
- Keep the Sabbath
- Plan out your week in advance
- Stop watching TV, or at least cut back
- Make sure to plan a vacation at least once a year
- Set aside time each day for prayer and Scripture reading
