New Development

For those of you who haven’t yet heard, I recently accepted the senior pastor position of Waverly Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Waverly, NY. In a little over a month, we will head east to the Empire State and plant some new roots. As with any transition, we have mixed feelings. We are very excited about this new ministry opportunity in Waverly, but it will also be hard to leave the people we have grown to know and love over the past 4 years at Hope Church.

Steph and I have been amazed at how God has brought this all together. We stand in awe of His timing, His provision, and His guidance through this whole process. To God be the glory, great things He has done!  He has provided in ways that we could not even begin to imagine!  From the big details of living arrangements to the small details of the timing of moving and being settled before the baby is born.

In case you were wondering, Steph is doing great. There’s no question that this move will be taxing for her (she will be around 30 weeks at the time), but we are very excited about this new little one. Please pray for us in the coming months if you think of it.

One more thing – if you are wondering if the Waverly Church has a website, the answer is it’s under construction. In a few months, it should be up and running.

“Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you blameless before the presence of his glory with great joy, to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.” (Jude 24-25)
